Welcome!

My name is Daniel Parker and I am a licensed Psychologist in the states of Oregon and Washington. I offer HIPAA-compliant, face to face online psychotherapy services. These convenient video sessions allow you to access the help you are looking for regardless of where you are located and in the privacy of your own home.

I have dedicated my career helping people deal with struggles and learn that relationships can be healed, trauma and loss can be transformed, and what is confusing can be understood.

Does this describe you?

  • Are you a person who wants to live a more authentic life, but are struggling with issues that keep you stuck or repeating old patterns?

  • Do you feel sadness, grief, anger, or worry?

  • Do you experience feeling trapped, uneasy, or have difficulty making decisions?

  • Are your relationships troubled or unsatisfying?

  • Do you feel confused, anxious or depressed about what is happening in your life right now?

Would you like to feel …

  • Aligned with who you truly are, experiencing more joy, relatedness, and fulfillment?

  • Comfortable in your body, more open to new ways of improving your well being?

  • More connected to the people in your life, and have relationships that thrive over time?

  • More successful in your professional and personal life as you continue to listen to yourself and act from your authentic center?

“We can’t be in control of which way the wind will blow; but we can be in control of what we do with the wind in our sails.”

My approach encourages the understanding that every person’s life has purpose, MEANING and direction.

Mental health struggles often present as feeling stuck in a life that is unfulfilling, having trouble letting go of painful parts of the past, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities. I endeavor to help people deal with the immediate problems in their life, while also learning how problems can be the building blocks to a life rich with meaning and purpose.
